📋 How to Return an Item
Contact Us First
Send us a message with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1 business day with your return instructions.
Pack It Securely
Repackage the item securely (original packaging preferred) and post it back to the address we provide. We recommend using tracked postage to protect yourself.
We Process Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email.

If your MortarMate™ arrives damaged or defective, we will send you a free replacement immediately — no return required. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We'll have a replacement on its way to you as fast as possible.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 3–5 business days of us receiving and approving your return. You'll receive a confirmation email once processed.
